Review Podcast: "Kanye"

For this assignment, students were asked to examine how a recent album shows an artist's evolution by writing and recording an album review podcast. They were asked to develop their own unique conversational voice in their writing and to incorporate sound clips from the album to support their ideas. According to the instructor Mora Harris, first year student Ama Germain "demonstrated remarkable thoughtfulness and creativity in the podcasts they created for the assignment," and "incorporated their personality and experience into their writing, in addition to their quick mastery of a new digital form."
